We want you to be happy with your purchases so we offer a 14-days quibble-free returns or exchange policy. All we ask is that you contact us before you send any item back so that we can help improve your experience.

Please note that, for hygienical purposes we cannot take back any item that has been opened or used, so we cannot guarantee any refund and/or replacement on opened and/or used items. 

Tell us your full name, email and your order number so that we know who we are helping and most importantly what is wrong with your item to allow us to fix the problem and make everything right for you again.

 How to Return an Item

When returning an item, please make sure it is unopened, unsealed and undamaged, as we take pictures of all returned items. Remember to include any wrapping, packaging, instructions manual, and everything was in the parcel when you received it.

If you fail to meet these criteria, we may not refund you.

If an item is faulty, make sure it has been thoroughly cleaned. Again, we take pictures of all the items that are sent back to our warehouse, to provide a better service. If we find that the item is not faulty, a refund will not be issued, but you have the choice to have the item sent back to you, at your expense.

As soon as we have received the parcel back to us, after inspecting it, we’ll process your refund. This may take up to 10 working days, but it’s usually much faster.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
