Our products are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. We send the majority of the orders using Royal Mail or Hermes, depending on the size of the item. The delivery cost is £1.95, free on orders over £25.
Please note that Sex Machines and bulky items will be sent with UPS Next Working Day Delivery
UK Deliveries usually take 2-3 days. European customers, deliveries may take up to 30 days with Royal Mail, or an International Carrier Service. International orders are Tracked and Signed with the most appropriate Delivery Service, that is £10.50 and may take up to 15 days to arrive.
Some of our items are sent from our CERTIFIED SUPPLIERS from overseas. This means that delivery will take longer, but costs will be reduced. International postage of items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges, of which we're not responsible for.
